I had to borrow Victoria’s phone to take this picture as my iPhone was was too hot to function. I was hoping to capture how busy the beach was but the sun was so bright I couldn’t see the screen. The shoe was at the top of the pebble bank which runs steeply down to the water. All the Grockles are just over the edge. Hundreds of them, including under the cliff.
